Delivery Times

Here at cool kites we know how frustrating it can be waiting for your new and exciting item that you have just ordered.

Therefore we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. We then use a 48hour (week days only) courier service which in some cases can reach you the next working day however we cannot guarantee this will be the case with your order.

Delivery costs

Standard: FREE*, it is as simple as that!!

Express: £4.99 This is our superfast delivery service. Please select this at checkout if you wish to have your kite sent out using this speedy service. (all orders before midday)

*Uk mainland only (does not include highlands). Please contact us for details on prices outside mainland uk.

Returns

If for some reason you are not happy with your item the please send all returns to the following adress with your invoice included. Please note that all returned items must be in a resaleable condition and cannot have been used, they may have been opened though. All items must arrive back to us within 28 days of the date on the invoice.
