An affordable yet super high quality 4-line ram air style kite with excellent solid power which in turn leads to clean steady acceleration. The Flexifoil Sting's straightforward yet direct controls allow the pilot to feel much more at one with the kite than before, this allows you to perfect your power kiting abilities much quicker. The sting also comes with a great easy re-launch system, this means that when the mood takes you, it's easy to run outside and fly solo with little effort. The Sting is available to buy with 4-line control (handles) which, like all Flexifoil's kites, is back up by their highly rated safety system, This gives you much more confidence when flying as you know that in a heartbeat you can let go of the handles and you kite will be safe, but more importantly, so will you. Part of the kites awesome stability comes from the leading edge gauze mesh this eliminates the fear of the kite folding in on itself mid flight even in gusty conditions. Crashes are made that bit less tragic by Flexifoil's bullet-proof construction as it deflects and distributes the load from the bridles.

In Its essence the Sting is Flexifoil’s entry level 4-line beginners power kite ideal for recreational use. However as it is available in four different sizes, it is a kite that has the ability to take you from your first experiences in power kiting right up to getting you ready for traction kiting. This kite can be flown with a buggy or board but you will need higher wind speeds. The sting really comes into its own as a recreational kite with great potential.

The sting manages to have such sublime stability as it has localised reinforcements on the bridle system, this allows a greater distribution of load throughout the kite and the lines, this makes the kite much more efficient and also reduces damage when crashing.
